04Personal data we collect

We only collect what is strictly necessary:

• Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), type of request and message.
• Newsletter: email address, language and your consent.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, used for security and to keep the site running properly.

05How we use your data

Your data is used only to answer your enquiries and prepare a potential collaboration, to send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and to keep the website secure. This processing is based on your consent, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or on our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

Your data is never sold or rented.

06Sharing & transfers

Your data is only accessible to VisioVision and to our technical providers, within the limits of their role: our web host and Google Fonts (fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address). It may also be disclosed where required by law.

As we operate in Canada and the United Kingdom, your data may be processed in these countries as well as in the European Union or the United States, with appropriate safeguards.

07Retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept for no more than three years after our last exchange. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a limited period under our host’s policy.

08Your rights

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the UK GDPR, you may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
